A Poinsett Club wedding in Greenville, SC

Meet Mr. and Mrs. Eric Benfield!! The two were married inside Taylors First Baptist Church, with a Poinsett Club wedding reception. Casey and I talked on the phone for almost two hours the first time we chatted, and from that phone call on I knew we were a great fit! She is a Clemson girl, he is a Citadel guy, and together they are taking on Mt. Pleasant starting a new chapter as husband and wife. Their May 21st wedding day had a chance of rain that never came, and went off without a hitch! These two are SO in love. Casey just looks at Eric with these eyes, and Eric is so proud to be with his girl and he just grins and grins. They are a beautiful couple both inside and out. Listen to this sweet and elaborate proposal!

"Eric took me on a scavenger hunt in downtown greenville. my two best friends and i were going to dinner that evening and we were walking about to my MOH's car and i saw a single red rose and envelope on my mailbox. this was the first clue and a sweet letter from eric! the first clue let me to our high school. At this location, erics best friend and another one of my best friends, were waiting with the 2nd clue. the 2nd clue led me to downtown greenville to my and erics first date spot, Bellacinos Pizza! There, my ADPi sisters from Clemson were waiting on me. They gave me the 3rd clue which led to our first anniversary spot, Sobys. At Sobys, erics parents and his niece, Aria handed off the 4th clue which led me to my parents. My parents and brother were waiting by the falls for me at my and eric's first kiss spot! this was a very tearful but happy moment! my family led me to the final clue, which is where eric was waiting for me. He was waiting for me at "our bench" by the falls where he asked me to be his girlfriend. One moment I was a girlfriend and the next I was a fiance!"

I read this and couldn't imagine the anticipation, appreciation, and just overwhelming emotion involving so many important people in their life in such a beautiful way. Eric and Casey are seriously just wonderful people. Enjoying working with your couples is such a blessing, and I truly did enjoy these two and their friends!

We started off at Casey's moms where all of the girls got ready. I loved these bright colorful robes (surprise, I love something bright and colorful right?)Precious flower girl trying on Casey's jewelry! Casey, this should be her bracelet on her wedding day!Seriously the most fun group of girls! Casey's bridesmaids hadn't seen her dress yet, so we got to do a super sweet reveal complete with tears!Casey gave her did a gorgeous big print from her bridal portraits and he was fighting the emotions back in this moment!I feel you girl LOLTime for the man of the hour!This is why I hang back before the church walk. All of this goodness.Finally!!If you're not familiar, Casey and Eric had an awesome Citadel exit! They kiss under the swords, and the last one pops her on the butt!Time for portraits! We did all of Casey and Eric's wedding portraits in literally about 8 minutes in ONE spot! It's all about different lenses, angles, and luckily this couple knew how to rock a million different poses and changes fast! We wanted to get on that bus!!
