A Seibles House wedding in Columbia, SC | Grayson & Savannah

This year has been intentionally slower for me. My usual calendar of 20-25 weddings was a calendar of only five. I knew I wanted to spend every moment with my new baby who was born in January, and soak up all of these precious little moments with him before they were over. I told myself 2018 would only hold five weddings, and those five had already been booked. I was supposed to turn away every inquiry at that point, and I was doing a pretty good job at that until Savannah sent me an email about her Seibels House wedding. Long story short, she was so down to earth, her needs were so simple, and I could tell that her personality was incredbily laid back. Savannah's wedding became the number six booking that I wasn't supposed to have, but I'm so glad that I did. Her wedding day was one of those reminders that it isn't all about the little details, the extra fluff, the size of the party... it's about marrying the person you love with the people that matter most to you (including your dog).Savannah just needed photos of her ceremony and portraits of she and her husband afterward, and some family photos. She knew what was important to her, and in my natural fashion, I added time for details and getting ready because I can't NOT deliver that. We had a sweet first look with her mom and dad, and Grayson beamed the entire time Savannah was walking down the aisle. After their ceremony, we took portraits with Sulley around the Seibels House, and then said our goodbyes so the couple could spend time with their guests!Lexington Florist bouquets and bouts paired so well with the chinoiserie dishes. These dishes were mixed and matched throughout all of the decor, and were acquired through the bride and her mom shopping multiple antique stores. The theme was executed beautifully, down to the cake! Here are some highlights from Grayson & Savannah's Seibels House wedding day.Seibels House Wedding Photos_0001.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0002.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0003.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0004.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0005.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0006.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0007.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0008.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0009.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0010.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0011.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0012.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0013.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0014.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0015.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0016.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0017.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0018.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0019.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0020.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0021.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0022.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0023.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0024.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0025.jpgSeibels House Wedding Photos_0026.jpgI am so glad I broke my rule for Savannah & Grayson (and Sulley). Congratulations you guys, and thank you for being so easy, so down to earth, and for having the best dog. Vendors:Venue: Seibels House wedding venue Columbia SCBride's hair and makeup: Studio BFlorals: Lexington FloristCaterer: The Palms Grill and BarCake: Parkland CakesRentals: Party Reflections
