Ryan & Kaylas Southern Sunset Engagement Session in a field| Lexington, SC wedding photographer

Ryan and Kayla are country as country can be! Ryan called me ma'am, and everything Kayla says manages to have an extra syllable in the cutest most down home way. I feel like some of these shots need to be on the cover of a country music single about a happy fun love. We had our session on a 100 degree day in Lexington. I chose this location because of the gorgeous view of tree covered hills in the distance. If you have ever visited the lowcountry (I just moved to Lexington from Beaufort this year), you can understand my excitement when I see a view of tree covered hills off in a distance. Everything I am used to working with is FLAT! Needless to stay I was so thrilled to discover this spot and I knew Kayla and Ryan would be the perfect people for it so I waited for my hill session, and it did not disappoint.Kayla and Ryan's original wedding photographer found out recently that she was pregnant (Congratulations Leslie!) and would be too pregnant by the time this wedding approached. I'm very glad I had their date open and could come save the day! Ryan was a trooper- this is his second engagement session and you would never be able to tell. He put a smile on for his girl, trekked through the heat and the bugs, carried her on his back, and gave her dozens of kisses. And the way Kayla looks at him and snuggles into him, it's a love story fit for a country song. Here's Ryan & Kayla.Columbia-Photographer_0058.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0059.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0060.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0061.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0062.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0063.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0064.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0065.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0066.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0067.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0068.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0069.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0070.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0071.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0072.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0073.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0074.jpgColumbia-Photographer_0075.jpg
