Miranda booked me at the Common Grounds coffeeshop downtown last year. She was so excited for her big day, and I loved how long her and Doug were together. While I was temporarily living in Beaufort and preparing to move to Columbia, she was permanently in Beaufort from temporarily living in Columbia! I learned on her big day that one of her bridesmaids lives in Lexington about ten minutes down the road from me. Such a small world. Their engagement session at Habersham Park was a blast because Doug is a trip. I felt like I got to know them so much, and when the speeches starting coming at the reception about how Doug is such a fun goofball who gives Miranda laughs all day long, I thought "yes!". He is such a light for her, it's pretty awesome to be around. Here is a glimpse into their big day. We had a forecast for rain and I even traveled to a few different stores for rain boots, but instead we got a beautiful day, a beautiful sunset, and a rainbow at the end!
