This birth was amazing. It started Sunday night, I was on the edge of my seat all night long and all into Monday, and then around 4 PM on Monday I got the call from dad telling me I should get in the car! That drive to the hospital is always such a thrill. I had a military homecoming that night, but luckily my friend Courtney picked that up so we had everyone taken care of! Mama was such a trooper. Luke was born 22 hours after check in, and I know mom and dad are SO happy to have him here!
