A Columbia, SC brewery engagement session at River Rat

Meet Caroline & Alex! They met at the River Rat brewery in Columbia, Alex proposed at the same brewery, so NATURALLY when it was time to plan their engagement, we wanted to go back where it all began and have a brewery engagement session!I had recently had a Sycamore Brewing engagement session that Alex found online. [You can see it here.] He sent it to Caroline excited about the idea of a brewery engagement session location, and Caroline got to say "Oh I already booked her! That's our wedding photographer!" How cool is that!!Listening to the story of how these two met was pretty dang cute. Caroline invited Alex to her table with her friends and as they chatted, Alex was totally into her. She invited him out for Mexican afterwards. Alex doesn't like Mexican food at all, but what do you do when a cute girl invites you out?? You go! And maybe you just eat chips? Would've been a good question to ask... I'll find out later. it has the potential to be a Ben Stiller comedy really. So Alex heads to the Mexican restaurant. He can't remember Caroline's name. He puts her in his phone as hot peace corps girl. STILL TO THIS DAY as his fiance, he hasn't changed it. I got proof.How sweet is that?? Together they travel all over to breweries, and just enjoy each other's company. This is the very spot where he proposed!And now we head to the state house!You guys were so fun, so wonderful to meet, and I am so dang excited for your wedding day!!!
